Sume, I don't know where you are, but my husband got me one of those in silver in Chicago Illinois (USA). I haven't yet figured out how I can really wear it though, LOL.
I'm in the US. I've been to Lebanon but never saw any of those. I've never seen them in the US either at any of the Middle Eastern stores which seem to be owned by Lebanese or Pakistanis. Is it something particular to Qatar or the gulf?
My husband brought back a bunch of these from the gift stores in sharm el sheik, egypt. My daughter and her friends all got them. They were soo cheap, like 2 dollars american. Probably even cheaper if he had been savy at bargaining the price.

They're actually sold in Toronto in a number of different locations. I'm ashamed to say how many times I've been tempted to purchase one.
